Benefits of bone broth:

So how do we create this wonder:
- Find a biggish pot, put your chicken in lovingly and cover with cold water. Bring to boil.
- Dispose of the boiled water after a few minutes removing the white bits (this is to ensure the broth turns our clear)
- Refill your pot with filtered cold water and bring to light boil. IMPORTANT: you only need enough of water to cover the chicken- if you add too much the gelatine content won’t be high enough and the taste won’t be the same
- Reduce the heat to the point where it’s very lightly bubbling
- Add 4 tbs of apple cider vinegar to draw the goodness from the bones
- Add 1 heaped tbsp of Himalayan salt
- Add you spices like bay leaves, allspice, chilli flakes
- Add your veggies- carrots/ parsnip/ celery/ onions (at least 4)/ carrots (at least 4)/ cabbage/ leaks
